My Personal Journey into Cybersecurity.

I am on a journey to learn about cybersecurity and this site will chronicle it.
What is the reason behind my interest in information security?
My life has been turned upside down after an employer was hacked and my personal information along with others was posted on the dark web.
All the personal details that could be used to identify me, including my Social Security Number, driver’s license number, personal email address, address, and date of birth, were posted.
This has lead to some problems for me, and I have had to safeguard all aspects of my life by utilizing credit freezes, credit monitoring, identity monitoring, 2-factor authentication, and learning how to utilize things like YubiKey and Google’s Titan Key.
So, learning this ignited me to finally use this domain and create a site. That being said, welcome and check back to see how my journey is going.
